<\/span>How to Register and Apply for our seminars with Erasmus+ Funding<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Both the processes of registration and application for funding are simple and are composed of the following sequential steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Contact us if you are interested in our workshops\u00a0<\/strong>and in case you require assistance with the process\u00a0through this\u00a0Registration Form<\/a>.<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Find\u00a0your National Agency\u00a0here<\/b><\/a>.\u00a0<\/b>This is where you will apply for the funding. The National Agencies provide all necessary forms and extra support.<\/li>\n
  3. Download the application form from the site of your National Agency and feel free to ask for assistance, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For both participants and participating organisations, the conditions for participation depend on the country in which they are based. Therefore please contact your National Agency. The instructions for the remaining steps are provided on your National Agency\u2019s site. Nevertheless the next steps are described in detail below.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Register your organisation on the\u00a0European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS)<\/b><\/a>, if you are not already registered.<\/li>\n
    2. Log in to the\u00a0Participant Portal with your ECAS account details and register your organisation on the Unique Registration Facility (URF)<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to obtain your unique Participant Identification Code (PIC), if you are not already registered. The European Commission has produced a\u00a0Participant Portal User Manual<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to help guide you through the process of registering on the portal.<\/li>\n
    3. Fill\u00a0the application form and submit it according to the instructions of your National Agency,\u00a0respecting the\u00a0deadline of 19th of February 2025, 12.00 C.E.T.<\/b><\/li>\n
    4. Inform us as soon as you have news\u00a0after your grant acceptance or rejection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
